Pine Lake Resort and Banquets

Needs a lot of updating

The room was great and clean. I was excited for all the amenities but only able to use the steam room. The pool was freezing, the hot tub was empty, and the sauna never heated up.

Dated but it is a nice place

I would of liked to been able to exercise

This property has been bought by new owners. Last time we stayed there were kids running around till midnight. I had to call the desk 3 times and nothing helped. This time I thought would be better. Now the tv has 5 local channels only, the mini fridge was making so much noise I unplugged it and the shower drain was so slow u stood in dirty water. I will not ever stay again!!!

Property was under construction and no mention of it when booking. Over half the hotel is in horrible condition. We didn’t stay here we change our booking

VERY dated definitely not the cleanest. It was for one night, but don’t think I’d return.

Loved it, team was amazing

We were asked weather we wanted the 3rd of 4th floor they said it would be quieter. Friday night it was fine. But Saturday by the time we got back to the hotel and was ready to wind down after a long day (9:30) there was a group of screaming kids running up and down the hall on the 3rd floor where we were at. And the hotel smelled strongly of weed. Look i dont care if you smoke or not, but dont do it at a public place where other people are staying.
