Pine Lake Resort and Banquets

I would consider this hotel the quality of a motel 6. Manager was kind enough to give us a refund when we started that we were uncomfortable there after seeing our room and the premises. When we arrived, you have to pickup a phone to have the attendant come to the desk. Things don’t look like they have been cleaned since the building was built.

NO. NO. BED BUGS Told manager. He said I would receive a refund. Never received a refund. This picture is only one part of my body. Husband also full of bites.

i went here my room just smelt funky from the jump. was not informed the hot tub was closed the sauna was not working breakfast is always bad here but that’s minor hot tub and sauna did not work room smelt very weird. and a few odd people walking around look like they are on drugs

Beautiful property. I love what they are going for and I believe the end result will be incredible. The evening staff gentleman was easy to understand and knowledgeable.

shower didn't work! pool was very dirty and breakfast was just cereal and beagle thats all.

50 years ago this was probably a great. Everything in the common areas look like it was original. They had loud music piped into the co.mon area which i could hear just fine in my room. I was tired and wemt to bed before 9pm it was still going then. It started back up at 7am hope no one wanted to sleep in. The room were not to bad. But not anything great.

The hotel needs a lot of work, my room had chip crumbs, bees came out the vents, then saws bees in the elevator, toilet was clogged, water from shower took an hour to go down, pool water was cold indoor and outdoor. I told the manager of my complain and they said thank you. The hotel has no bar or UNO pizzeria.

New flooring and bedding. Walls are thin, no sound proofing. You can hear everything. No real windows. Curtains are covering window to main hallway in hotel. As a result, constant light coming into the room as you try to sleep. Service was good, no problems there. Cheap price. Close to cute inland lakes.

Terrible housekeeping beds & showers er

Some other guest was playing loud music and had screaming children playing past 11 O’clock. I called the front desk. He talked with them however they did not stop. The next morning they were playing loud music very early. Needless to say my wife and I did not get very much sleep. I feel that after not listening to the staff that they should have been ask to leave the property.
