Room was comfortable and quiet.

The room was good and clean but the property is rundown and needs a complete makeover. The pictures on Hotels.com when i booked it were deceiving. There was once a Unos Pizzeria at the hotel. It's a bummer that it's closed. Hot tub was broken. I guess that's ehat you get in that area for $100

Great staff. Not bad at all for less than $100. A little run down and barely functional in some ways. Needs some repairs.

We booked the hotel very last minute for 2 nights. It was one of the few that wasn't fully booked and cheaper then the others. Went to check in around 9pm had to wait about 5 minutes till the person at the desk was finished talking on the phone. The hotel was VERY runned down, no recent updates since the early 90's, it had a weird smell to it.. The pool, hot tub and sauna was closed. Elevators were dirty. It had people living there full time other then the owners. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. Went to get 4 new towels and 4 wash cloths for the 2nd night, was given 2 towels and was told that was all they had clean and the moment and someone would bring some up in the morning (we was gone by 7:30 so dont know if someone actually tried to deliver some or not). There was free breakfast but we didn't go in to see what was offered. The ice machines were out of order. Just be prepared when you go to book it that the pictures are better then it actually is.

Couldn't find reservation for 5-10 minutes. Dirty pillow case. Hand towel rack was broken and fell off. Wardrobe was broken. Dresser drawers were broken. Went to Walmart around 8am and came back - we were able to get in the building with our card but not in our room. They had us checked out already before 9am!! TV channel options were poor. Hot tub wasn't available. Smelled like cigarette smoke on the 4th floor. Been going here since I was a kid in the the 90s and this is the worst it's ever been. Best Western before that was fine. It was good when it was a Ramada Inn. I'll stay somewhere else from now on along with other family members. We were the lucky ones. My parents (82 and 72) were on the 2nd floor and had a dog barking on one side and a crying baby on the other.

Pictures are missleading. All pictures are not what they are of the current condition of this property. Wreaks of smoke and darkness where it seems light in their pictures online. No hot tub. This was to be for out anniversary that we had come to something we did not have what we came for, the hot tub. This is a weekly hotel for locals and should be under $50 a night for those who stay here. What a rip off!

Pool was cold and jacuzzi was not working. This was main reasons for selecting this hotel. Overall maintenance of the hotel was lacking. Aso the hotels restaurant was no longer open. None of which were noted when booking room.

Didn’t get the room that I requested. No hot tub pool was cold and a free breakfast was not good.
