Fingal - A Luxury Floating Hotel

Brilliant experience. Perfect if visiting Britannia

Very helpful and attentive staff. Quirky suite. Great food. Good location near tram stop. Close to Royal yacht Britannia.

We chose Fingal for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time. Very luxurious cabin and the whole ship was spotless. So many marvelous little details. We didn't have dinner on board as we were out and about but the breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

We recently had a fabulous one night stay on board Fingal. We received a lovely welcome on check in and given a brief history of the boat. We stayed in a standard room which was ample for a single nights stay. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great nights sleep. Plenty of storage for clothing etc. great amenities, room safe, tea/coffee making, lovely wee chocolates, robes/slippers and Noble Isle toiletries. The room, and entire boat, is beautifully presented in an Art Deco style in keeping with the lighthouses it represents. We didn’t have dinner here as had a booking elsewhere however the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We did indulge in one of their delicious cocktails while sitting out on the deck. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also took advantage of the complimentary tickets to Britannia which is worth a visit. We will definitely visit Fingal again and have dinner next time.

The staff, service, food and accommodations were exemplary. Lovely nautical/arts & crafts era decor. Think Titanic with a modern sumptuous twist. We were delighted to find out tickets to the Brittania were included. Great location, simple to take the tram into the downtown, as we were travelling by train. Pricey, but well worth the splurge.

Felt really comfortable, staff friendliness was exceptional, the ambience was just perfect, the staff took time out to speak to you, and the food and accommodation were excellent, would certainly return and take no hesitation on letting everyone we know, how wonderful our staff was

Amazing hotel...on a boat! Owned by the same group that manages the Royal Britannia Yacht - so you would expect the same level of excellence...and you would not be disappointed as the Fingal delivers this and more in every area. Small but perfect cabin - spotlessly cleaned. Hotel staff all smiles with a perfect attention to detail. Amazing meals. Amazing atmosphere and ambience. Perfect stay!
