Millennium Hotel Durham

Cecilia was a big help with getting my vacation started. As a returning customer, I am always pleased to come and talk to the Front Desk clerk. Unfortunately, the cookies are not being handed out anymore. 😂 that was one of my favorite things, but I definitely enjoy this hotel. The pool and Jacuzzi is always at a great temperature just for you and your friends or family to have fun. The breakfast is amazing. It’s a buffet with anything that you can imagine. I had an absolutely outstanding stay at the Millennium Hotel in Durham, and one of the biggest reasons was Melyssa. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were second to none. In today’s world, exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find, but Melyssa exceeded every expectation. She handled every interaction with a warm smile, answered every question, and made sure my stay was comfortable from beginning to end. It’s employees like Melyssa who turn an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable experience. I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room I liked the fact that there's an indoor pool and hot tub.

However there were no towels in the pool or hot tub area also my husband and I had to clean particles out of the pool and hot tub before we could get on so the staff needs to pay more attention to the cleaning and the linen stock.

Everything was nice

The room was comfortable and the bed and bathroom was clean.

The pool was very uncomfortable.the chlorine smell was unbearable and burned my eyes. Really wanted to get in the pool but the smell was too strong.

This hotel was the perfect place to unwind. The atmosphere was peaceful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was clean and well organized. I left feeling refreshed and would happily return.
