The wifi did not connect for 4 hours the man at the front desk did not help until the 2nd time I asked the jacuzzi was out of order the breakfast buffet was not so great I asked one of the house keepers for 2 towels she said she didnt have any even though they were cleary visible on her cart

3/5 – Average Stay Stayed for 6 nights at the Millennium Hotel Durham. The room was very spacious and clean, which I appreciated. A special thank you to Eda at reception, who was always friendly, polite, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. On the downside, bottled drinking water was not provided consistently, and I had to keep requesting it. The hotel seemed understaffed, and on arrival I had to take my own two large suitcases to the 4th floor without assistance. The breakfast selection was limited and repetitive, and staff often needed reminders to refill items. I was also disturbed by noisy guests around 2–3 AM on several nights, with loud conversations and doors slamming. Overall, an average stay with good rooms and excellent service from Eda, but there is room for improvement.

Possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve had. From a broken hvac unit that clunked all night, to the landscapers outside my window at 730 am, to the lack of hot water the second morning. And worst of all, management did not care a lick. Oh yeah - and don’t go to the bar. The non-English speaking “bartender” asked if I wanted a “double”, and proceeded to pour two measured shots into what the front desk acknowledged was “a large shot glass” - at $17 a drink. Stick with other options - any others.

Amazing experience at this hotel

Awesome location. Close to almost everything we needed. Atmosphere is family-oriented. Our room was clean and spacious. We were given a GREAT rate. There was no excessive loud noise. The employees are AWESOME, from the General Manager to the housekeepers. The service is phenomenal. They have breakfast bar but my kids' favorite amenities would be the pool and the pool area.
