Millennium Hotel Durham

The place was clean and ready to sleep.the staff were super helpful amd kind.

The location was dark in lot gabe off scary vibe. The breakfast was slow to replenish(someone in front of me took EVERYTHING and after 10 minutes it still was not restocked) i wound up getting a coffee to go.

Checkin and stay at the Durham/Campus Walk location was very comfortable, thanks to Cecilia. Checkout however, was completly unprofessional. I had a early morning check out on 7 June, and There was no one managing the front desk. I had to leave my room key with night security guard, and hope that my bill is correct and my deposit for inncidentals is returned to my credit card. I will never be staying at another Millennium property.

No restaurant or bar was available. One elevator did not work. The room was VERY tired and worn: toilet paper holder was on the floor, shower curtain rod was badly bent and sagging down, only had 1 bath towel for 2 people. The entire property is worn out and old. It needs a serious renovation. At least they could make do with what they have with basic housekeeping and facility maintenance, but they do not.

My experience with Millennium Holel at 2800 Campus Walk Ave Durham NC have been awesome. Front staff and security have been very nice to my family during our stay. We are grateful!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Eyelashes/pubic hairs all over the bed, MILLIONS of little spiders throughout the room, stench of mildew, brown tap water, loud AC/heat. Also, eerily EMPTY. DO NOT STAY HERE IM CRYING.
