it was fine for what we needed

Dirty, outdated noisy

Over priced for what you get. The room was very clean! No coffee maker, no tissues, no hair dryer. No coffee in lobby, was told to go to McDonald's. Route 8 is in front of motel lot's of traffic noise. Will not stay at another Red Roof Inn.

The owner was unprofessional and nasty, calling five times to confirm the reservation before getting to the hotel. Then asking for a cash deposit of $50 in case the accommodation was damaged. We quickly realized why the neighborhood was not a safe place for a family to stay. We ultimately decided to cancel our reservation and stay at a different hotel.

This place is VERY rundown. The person seeing us to our room was very nice. But he was trying to find us a room that everything was working. The bedspreads had stains that didn't come out after the wash.

I had a rsvp when I arrived after driving for 5 1/2 hours. Got to the property while it was still light out. I walked in, said that I did have a reservation, but that I needed to use a restroom first, and was told that there was no rest room available. I was not allowed into the main lobby of the motel, had to talk through a plastic shield in the vestibule. Took 15 minutes to check in. Once in the small, dark, room, went to turn on a light, no light bulb. Bed was very uncomfortable, and the temp. outside was high 90's, and the a/c unit was not much of a help. Housekeeping didn't make up the bed in the 3 days that I was there, and got only 1 replacement towel.

Didn’t like anything was highly upset didn’t have refrigerator remote stains on covers was charged a cash fee of 30$ to check in an hour esrly. The vending machines were broken ice machine broken coffee machine broken I reserved king smoking didn’t get what I booked never going back waste of money

Our room was comfortable. It wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were repairs needed in the bathroom and the front cover of the A/C was leaned up againt the front of the unit. Only 1 lamp worked. The light over the sink didn't work. And the man at the front desk wanted us to give him extra cash to check in 1 and 1/2 hours early. It seemed like repairs had been started but not finished.
