Spent only 1 night, spacious and clean room, pick up and transfer service, polite and punctual staff, giving ultimate service that we need during staying in matsumoto. All you can eat shabu2 is just across the property

Grocery store across the street was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Had a great stay.

今回宿泊でお邪魔しました！ Cafe＆stayは初めてだった為少し心配してましたが子供たちもとても喜んでいて泊まれてよかったと思ってます!! 一つだけ、夜部屋に帰ってきた時からどこからかボーッと機械音？がずっと鳴っており結構大きめの音だったので気になりました。 それ以外はとてもよかったです!!!

The place is charming, cozy, pampering and well equipped. The hosts are very very nice. The location is a bit far from the center but the hosts drove us to the center as part of the service, so it makes up for the distance. And we got along very easily with a bus as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the place.

The room is very clean and comfortable. We like the easy process of checking in and out. It is also near to a supermarket. Above all, the staff are friendly and helpful. We hope to stay at this hotel again when we return next spring.

Really easy to find, car park just in front of the location, staff super helpful throughout our stay, kindly recommending activities for the days, and overall super welcoming and kind :) Supermarket just next to the hotel which is really handy. The centre/castle is around 40 minutes walk away, which was perfect to discover the city and remained a reasonable distance.
