Extremely friendly staff and they supported perfectly with transport to the station and onwards.

Rooms were large, clean and great! The bathroom and beds are soo comfortable !😍

Perhaps were the beds somewhat too small in width for europeans. But that is okay as it takes some getting used to.

This is a small and friendly hotel with a lovely chilled out vibe. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The power shower was amazing and the breakfast delicious. We slept really well as it’s very peaceful. The supermarket is just opposite and we had the option to cook in our room. We also parked our car here. We wish we could stay longer 🥰

The owner and staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Their coffee was the best we had in Japan, & the view of the mountains from their cafe was lovely.

Having 3 beds in a twin room was unusual, took up space & consequently the beds were too small and narrow for an adult to sleep on, and were uncomfortable.

Very welcoming English speaking host and hostess. Large modern room with table and chairs, microwave, refrigerator etc. Cafe with real coffee at entrance. Restaurants within easy walking distance.
