Cape Cod Irish Village

I stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to the Melody Tent. I was seeing a show and it was so nice to be able to walk across the parking lot and be at the venue. A bonus perk was getting there early and having my room face the tent and getting to sit out and listen to soundcheck in the afternoon. The room itself was an average beach area hotel room. It seemed fairly clean, but there was some maintenance that could be done in the room. I noticed the ironing board was a bit questionable looking and some of the fixtures in the bathroom could be updated, The room also did not have a full length mirror which I thought was odd. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked more outlets/easily accessible outlets to charge devices. I ended up having to pull out the nightstand to be able to plug in my phone to charge overnight. I'd also say that this hotel is not the quietest. I could hear kids running up and down the hall fairly late into the night. Overall, this hotel was good for my quick stay. I would return to this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel since I had a show at the Melody Tent across the street. It was an excellent location for the show and a short walk to the downtown area. If I attend another show at the Melody Tent, I would definitely stay here again. The hotel room was clean, but there are some updates and maintenance that could be done in the room. I noticed the iron/ironing board looked a little dirty and some of the features in the bathroom could be updated. I also noticed the room did not have a full length mirror. The only other downside was that there were children running up and down the hallway well into the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I observed some other guests checking in with less than ideal manners/attitudes and staff remained friendly and professional.

I didn’t like that there was no telephone in the room. Also entrance doors on the side has no security locks.

Nice place

Very expensive for what the hotel is, old building and rooms, pool area not very inviting. Saw some insects in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was good. Bathtub could use cleaning

The pools, private location, and proximity to downtown Hyannis were the main reasons we booked the property. The rooms could use some updating and a microwave. We were also not aware that there was no elevator and had to lug suitcases for 4 people, would suggest the hotel have staff to assist with this. Our first night was great. The 2nd night a large tour group came in and were very noisy, the hallway door slammed constantly and the people were having loud conversations in the hall, I had to ask them to go in their rooms (after 10pm) as our kids were trying to sleep. I'd suggest the doors be adjusted to prevent slamming and quiet hours in place with staff monitoring at night, it would have made our stay more enjoyable.
