The mattress was horrible! Very uncomfortable. We asked for another mattress. They brought one up not any better! Very disappointed with that. Very clean.

This place needs major updating on many levels. The rooms are moldy and mildewed. We could barely open the slider to outside. Everything was falling apart. The air was the worst! The pools were nice and had a good vibe. The WiFi should be posted in the room not lobby.

Not good

If you aren’t staying in the rooms there, the place is 4-4+. Lobby, restaurant, and bar were fine. We only ate breakfast and it was skimpy. Don’t order the ice tea! The problem is the rooms. We were only in our room, but we heard the same thing from other guests: outdated, shabby and poor workmanship in redecorating. Sheets were white and fresh. Pillows had pillow cases but no pillow covers under them. Blanket was clean but torn and stained. Towels and bath was fine, just outdated. Our room was on the first floor, but required 3 steps in one place and 4 in another. Steps and electrical were not up to code. Customer service depended on who you talked with. If you can afford better then go somewhere else!

I enjoyed everything about this hotel except for the bedrooms. Pros: -Restaurant onsite was very good. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and you can order to go. -Both inside and outside pools were also wonderful. You can even order food and drinks but the line does get long. -Location is great. It was fast to Door Dash to arrive and it is just a 5 minute drive to Main Street. Con: -The rooms are just bad. So outdated and LOUD. You can not sleep in as you can hear every noise in the hallway or the room above you. -Paint peeling away from the wall. -Lack of electrical outlets. Not all of the outlets worked. There was also a 6-prong outlet plugged into the bathroom, which is a big no-no in a bathroom! -My room had a good sized fridge but many rooms had a smaller fridge on top of the only table in the room. -No space! No chairs and table to eat at. You just have to eat in your bed or bring in the patio furniture. -Microwaves are an extra $10 a night!!! -There are no fans in the bathroom so moisture is a huge issue. We had many in our group have to ask for dehumidifiers for their rooms. -No room service, no information at all in the room. No list of places to visit or eat, hours of the pool or restaurant. -My BIGGEST issue was housekeeping. We had someone from house keeping knock on our door each morning between 8:30-9:00 to ask if we wanted service that day. I have NEVER had this experience before. The first morning, we were asked at 8:30 for our towels and trash. The next few days, we were asked if we wanted service. Some rooms had "Do Not Disturb/Service Needed" signs but we did not have one. All-in-all, the area is nice, the convention center was great, just don't stay there!

Outdated, musty ,and in need of MAJOR renovations. Bring air fresheners … sheets were damp, fridge was leaking and the smell was terrible. Only positive was the staff.
