Ok if your not to fussed about where you stay . Food and drinks over priced noisy guests think we had the cast of river dance in the room above us . Breakfast ok but nothing special. Restaurant food ok be not special. I would not class this hotel as a 4 star more like a 2 pushing 3 .

"2/10 big brand are usually much better than this!"

Avoid the very expensive breakfast - revenue before value. “Superior” rooms don’t even come with a king size bed. Tried to re-charge me for a prepaid room, and the receptionist apparently knew best... (how not to handle a situation) Mould on the shower door seal. 2 2/3 used loo rolls in the room. Is just weird. Limited bar. Loud events tent combined with single pane windows. Isn’t very cool if you want an early night. Opposite busy road - ask for a room away from that. Watch out for the broken/wobbly floorboard at the top of the charming old stairs. On the plus side they have a valet service in the car park, and are conveniently located for the motorway. They serve PG Tips, and the shower was powerful and hot, which may have been their only saving graces.

"Short Stay at the Noke St Albans "

We have stayed here before and the overall experience has always been good. A couple of minor issues was quickly rectified. The hotel manager is very approachable and will ensure your comfort and stay is at the forefront of cost and that you are totally satisfied. I would be happy to recommend to others.

The gym was excellent and the pool spa very nice and clean.my room was nice and cleaned every day .food was very pleasant in the restraunt bar and the orices ok

Good food in the bar hotel comfortable but in parts look s shabby a petty point you now have to make your own tea at breakfast

Really liked the spa area. We had a deluxe room which I would recommend. No lift for luggage but help was offered
