As always everything was great. I really like big clean rooms. Food is great also service in point.

Ruined My 40th Birthday We stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was disappointment after disappointment. Early check-in was paid for but only one room was ready, and even then the key card didn’t work. My mum also paid extra for birthday balloons and banners in my room, but what we got was a few tiny balloons and a small banner — nowhere near what was expected. No towels in the rooms or at the pool. The only helpful person the whole stay was Michelle, who actually sorted things for us. Dinner was just as bad. My meal arrived plain and nothing like described on the menu — even after being sent back twice I ended up just not eating with my family. Other meals were missing advertised ingredients too, and even butter never arrived despite asking twice. After being ignored for over an hour, the manager Robbie finally came, apologised and promised a refund. But after we left an honest review, he refused to honour it. Not 4-star standards at all. A special birthday trip completely spoiled. The manager promised a refund but obviously this was just until we left and he has now phoned and said because of the ( honest) review he wouldn't be sending a penny. We paid for things we didn't receive so at this point it just feels like fraud. Avoid at all costs

Light and airey. Good sized bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Generally good value for money

Shortage of pillows. They were thin and could have done with the option of more. There was no hot water at night and it took running the shower for 10 minutes to get hot water in the morning . There was also a previous occupants black hair trapped in bath plug hole.

VERY big bed, free bathrobes and all the amenities in the room were perfect. Staff were absolutely lovely, and the room was way better than expected for the price.

Food and drinks were VERY expensive with nothing much nearby. £15 for a breakfast is not it. Hotel carpet had some mysterious stains.
