The woman on the desk when we arrived was nice and explained a few things for us

We was suppose to be there for 2 nights instead only stayed the one, my boyfriend went to sit on the bed and the bed which is on wheels and moves with the slightest touch went over my toe which left me in distress, I came away for a weekend break away due to having time off work and it was chaos, the first night we stayed had children knock a door running on our door then the Saturday that happened to my toe! We told the manager he didn’t seem interested whatsoever, said he would knock 20% off the first night and that’s all he could do, which took forever when I just wanted to go home because I hurt myself also couldn’t watch tv as there was no channels, window wouldn’t stay open had to keep it open with a big bottle of sprite and lamps weren’t working

"Reasonable stay"

Comfortable room nice evening meal.

Room is a little tired with poor repairs and damage to the bath. Quality of breakfast wasnt great. Noisy guests who had a full scale row at 3am.
