"Not the best place to stay"

The room and the bed was really comfy, and the room was lovely and warm. There was extra coffee, milk and sugar all you had to do was ask at the reception. The staff seemed ok.

Unfortunately, after turning on the TV, you could not turn it off, turn down the volume or even change the channel. I asked the front desk if it could be sorted and no one came to the room, at 12.30 when I was leaving the hotel I asked again if it could be sorted whilst we were out and I was told they would have it done right away. After 9pm I had to ask again, as we could not go to bed due to the noise. Someone finally came and unplugged it from the back of the TV, as we could not see where it was connected.
