Great location, friendly staff, great atmosphere

Window would not open too hot

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and prices are good.

The £16.50 breakfast was terrible. Cold and overcooked. There is no way that food was being checked for temperature and swapped out as necessary to abide by hygiene regulations. The serving staff were very helpful and apologetic. They arranged a freshly cooked option instead. Not their fault at all, as they were flat out serving many customers. Someone from the kitchen should be watching this instead. Disgraceful, considering the price we paid. Definitely not recommended. Your serving staff should definitely be commended on their hard work though. Their work rate was amazing. Serving that many people on a constant basis is so hard. How they did it is beyond me, always cheerful and pleasing everyone. A special thank you to them.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and a few things broken. Not cleaned to a high standard. Room 104 . And was also also next to the room where a wedding party where getting their hair and make up done so woke us quite early . Which was a bit disappointing.
