A pleasant hotel, good.location, with good pools, near the beach, and lovely staff. Of particular note for their helpfulness and great customer service is Elle and Campus in the cafe, and Aof and Ice by the pool. Hotel nice and clean and lots of activities on offer. Kids club was great, both ladies working in there were engaging and were genuinely interested in the acitivites with the kids. Additional purchases of food, drinks, etc are quite pricey but I guess is expected. Plenty of other offerings from restaurants down the road if you prefer. The spa was great too but is let down without a sauna and steam room (surely a 5 star needs one of these?) The room- tiny. For a family of 3 in the garden wing the room could have been bigger and the paper thin walls are a nightmare when trying to sleep! Even more frustrating when other guests feel the need to slam doors, shout, and disrupt other guests sleep, which is all very disappointing given the apparent 5 star rating. Overall a nice hotel with great staff and facilities.

Load la of choice, great food and live music. We had a really nice, casual dining experience is a lovely venue. Right on the beachfront and also with pool and table tennis. Good wine as well, food ranges from Thai to typical faire and included Indian curry, pizza and salad

Delicious food, great value, and amazing service! We had a fantastic dinner at Amaya at Amari Koh Samui. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, perfect for a beachside meal. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive – so friendly and welcoming especially khun Maysa, khun Jame and Penn. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Koh Samui. We’ll definitely come back!

Lovely beach side hotel within easy walk into Chaweng. Very good customer service (Penn was excellent!) and the three pools means there are lots of options availiable. What made this a 5* review was when we had a small issue, it was dealt with quicky and very well. The reception staff made sure we were happy and checked in over the following few days.

Overall we had an excellent experience! Very nice hotel with lovely staff, especially Penn, who went out of her way to make our daughter feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had dinner at koh samui beach, private for the two of us. This was our proposal dinner and to say the least it was amazing. The food was very good, staff was over the top friendly and respectfull. 100% recomand for everyone
