Kunming Jin Jiang Hotel

every thing ok, i will come again on next trip,but no food after 9:00 pm,no shopping mall ,no spa also

This is such a convenient hotel if you are either flying (catch No.2 airport shuttle on the forecourt) or using the train (five minute walk to main train station). There is also some great street food in the side street next to the hotel. Little touches like small vases of fresh flowers and a few pieces of fruit in your room lift this hotel above the ordinary.

This is a big, unremarkable hotel but it has one one very useful feature: it's the end of the line for the airport shuttle bus No.2. That means if you are coming from or going to the airport from central Kunming you have a convenient and easy link. The hotel is also a ten minute walk from Kunming train station. The area around the hotel is ok for street food and simple noodle restaurants too. If you want to try "Crossing the bridge rice noodles" or clay pots dishes then you won't need to do much more than cross the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable and everything in our bathroom worked. We were glad we stayed there.

My stay was comfortable.

For my purposes, the hotel was well located, especially when I left Kunming by train and the station was ten-minute walk away. As for the room, it had all the necessary amenities, but fell short on heat. Even when I raised the thermostat setting to 30 degrees, the room was not sufficiently heated. Even worse was the temperature in the hotel's lobby which called for winter jackets and coats. To finish with praise, the hotel's breakfast spread is excellent.

The distance from the airport was only 13 km but it took us almost 40 minutes to get there. The room smells like cigarette even though a no smoking sign is posted. Room carpets needs to be replaced. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on a floor. The bathroom needs some updating and cleaning.

right in the middle of the city. so very convenient to every thing the subway is closed by and there are buses everywhere. The street is occupied by many street vendors selling fruits.So, you dont need to go far. Lots of restaurants with affordable price. Furthermore, there is the night market around the corner. It is the traditional night market found in many Chinese cities, such as taiwan, H.K.. You can buy foods of many kinds and wonder through each stand and order the food you like.

The hotel is good location at the end of the airport bus line and very close to the train station. There are lots of places to eat close by. The hotel rooms are a little tired and could definitely do with renovation but more than adequate for the price.

Best location near Railway station.

Bathroom was horrible. The paint was peeling back and there was mildew everywhere. I couldn't stand the idea of showering in it. I've used cleaner shower stalls at summer camp
