Initially, reception could not find our second room booking. We were upgraded to Block A. Good size but the mattress was not comfortable. One can feel the metal springs poking you throughout the night. The daily fruit and yoghurt were good feeler but housekeeping won't give a new one if you don't finish up the early supply. The elevators do not have the scanner to scan key cards. There is no security staff at elevators to ensure genuine guests. Therefore, anyone can go up to guest rooms. A guide tout went up to our rooms to sell us tour packages. My husband told him to go away through closed door. The revolving restaurant provides a good view of the surrounding area.

Hotel was okay. Not the best rooms (dated, dirty and a bit unclean), but the staff were on hand to help and there was plenty of information about how to get to places

The view from the rotating restaurant must be seen. The seafood buffet was excellent so was the BBQ station. The shopping in the area is overwhelming. Everything manufactured in China must be selling within blocks of this hotel. Very cool night market too.

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel excellent. Downside:the hotel missed a requested and triple confirmed wake up call, which could have had a dramatic impact on our flight. Also, the attached Shanghai restaurant has poor service. One item we ordered from the menu never arrived, appeared on the bill and was cancelled. All this without explanation. All in all a good hotel,but don't expect any additional service.

It has a good location and also serves a direct bus to the airport (additional charge). The breakfast is well supplied and a lot of choices.

Really ckean, very comfy, awesome staff who were all so happy to help. Downtown is a 35 minute stroll or easy cab ride. All cabs were honest & no motorbike taxi charged me more than 15rmb (I live in Shanghai & this is unherad of). The best thing is the street at the back of the hotel has amazing bbq stalls going on all night, but its not loud. so you can get nice cheap food until late but given the proximity, sleep is not disturbed. An all round excellent hotel.

We arrived very late after a long day's travel. We had booked 2 adults, 2 children but were taken to a room with two single beds even though all 4 of us went to the check in desk. Apparently this was not the hotel's fault, but it clearly stated 4 people on the booking sheet. Eventually a senior manager found us a bigger room, but all they had was a King Bed. They said that is all they have in this hotel, so Expedia needs to sort out its booking process as we clearly selected 2A, 2C aged 11. We were so tired, my wife slept on the couch and I slept on the floor. (The kids got the bed of course!) Not really what one expects from a flash hotel, but our room rate was pretty cheap at least. Fantastic Buffet Breakfast in the morning on the top floor that made up for the lack of beds...
