Top tier hotel extremely customer focused. Great breakfast. We did not eat dinner there. Opted for a little brew pub Gora Brewery. Onsen was lovely

Everybody was extremely warm and welcoming! We loved our time here, as fantastic as the area is, the staff were even more caring and brought a very relaxing feeling to our stay here. We look forward to returning one day!!

Such a relaxing experience! Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy! Had to pay for breakfast buffet but it’s okay because it was worth it in my opinion. We had a private onsen with a beautiful view of the rivers and the mountains. The staff were incredible as well. Oh! And they provided shuttle buses to and from Odawara station. You also have the option to use their shuttle service to and from Gora station which was super convenient. I wish we stayed longer tbh! Highly recommend!

Recommend this property. I stayed in a riverside room. The private onsen was perfect and hearing the river water flow was very relaxing, plus the river colors are surreal. The breakfast buffet had lots of options between western and Japanese cuisine.

While the property was great, my one gripe about this property is that they will not let you do an early check in whatsoever without charging you $220 USD. So if you arrive at 11am expecting a room, tough beans - you better have plans in set or else you’re stuck waiting around the property without a room. I guess if you plan to do this anyway, it’s fine but we didn’t know and we had planned on spending most of our time in our private onsen. I think clear instruction on the website is needed.

Awesome property for an onsen experience. Love the public onsen requirement of bathing clothes. Hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with good variety with a barista making you anything you want was a huge bonus. Location is a bit further away from train station but the free private transfer to the hotel is such a huge benefit. Absolutely will stay again.

Add more amenities in room and bathroom

This hotel was the perfect spot to wind down after 10 days of hectic traveling. The property is beautiful and the surrounding area serene. We enjoyed the food, drinks and onsen very much. Highly recommend.
