The property was lovely staff were lovely went to pay for breakfast the second morning to be told it had already been paid in the price which no one had mentioned on arrival

Lovely and clean staff where great it was just when we checked in nothing was mentioned about us already paid for breakfast or where to go in the morning so paid and missed breakfast for one day which wasn’t to happy about

Spa included in price of stay and it was absolutely amazing. Great friendly staff and very clean.

Can’t fault it except confusing corridors and route to rooms etc but signs everywhere.

The staff were superb . Each person polite and friendly. I arrived much later hah an anticipated at 22:30 by bicycle Julia on reception was kind helpful patient generous and a gift to me and your establishment Thank you
