Price we were charged was much higher than the rate in effect when we actually stayed. It was very difficult to request the guaranteed refund. The refrigerator made a very annoying high-pitched noise. Management knew about this beforehand but did not repair it or notify it. Room was not very clean.

Less filth and dirt, spider in my bed. Overpriced. Location was OK.

No window although had a skylight.

This was a total scam. They used AI imaging to sell the hotel rooms when I got there they didn’t even provide me with the same room that I had purchased. It was a much smaller one and they just pick and choose and they have bedbugs and it smells like sweat and the walls are all dirty and nothing is clean. I could not stay there.

I didn’t like anything about the place the lack of cleanliness, the sweaty smells the fact that they gave me a different room that I did not purchase that was much smaller. There was a $200 deposit where everywhere else in actual fine nice hotels is like 150 the walls and every door handle had dirt and fungus on it. The hotel rooms smelled like somebody died in there, and there was visible bedbugs.

The room was clean.

Having to climb a huge flight of stairs to our room. Parking was 22 dollars and in impossible to find without help. Building was not marked. A 200 dollar deposit held on our credit card still not released almost 24 hours after check out. Called to ask and was told 2 weeks. Had to ask for coffee to put in the very dusty coffee maker Had to go to the desk to get the box for the TV brought up. Toilet seat badly stained. Paint in bathroom peeling Price was incredibly expensive.

housekeeping: room floor was a bit sticky.

The room was very clean. well lit, and AC worked well. Washroom and shower was very clean and renovated. it had a fridge and a microwave which was useful.

The hall way was a disaster, tight, scarey. old building. and bed was squeaking.
