Clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and it is in a good location.

Good spot in quiet area, very clean and staff was very polite and helpful.

The property is conveniently located to the 101. Lots of shopping and food nearby. Room was nicely appointed with a kitchenette. There was a small balcony with chairs to sit outside. Negatives were the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Room block was easy to arrange. The attention to detail in the room design was noticeable from the power options for charging devices to the extra storage and mirror area outside of the bathroom. The room was very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The arrangement of the space worked well for multiple people and bed was comfortable. Small details like the properly placed shower handle are noticed when you travel often. Room and common space felt well kept, clean and new. Dorinda at breakfast always has big smile and warm sincere conversation. Front desk team was speedy and friendly. Bar/restaurant team members were quick to serve. I loved planned entertainment in the evening.

The Hotel is good and safe no disturbance. Felicia was the best in housekeeping she would always keep the room clean and Hygienic. Overall experience staying here was good

This is a great place to stay. My room was like a one bedroom apartment.. everything looked brand-new in perfect working condition fully equipped kitchen. This is my Scottsdale home.

If you want an exceptional stay while in the Phoenix area, stay here! The front desk staff was welcoming and extremely professional. We are Marriott gold members, so they gave us a great upgrade. The room was 'spic and span' and the house staff excellent. The hotel has a small bar and planned regular events in the common areas. The direct neighborhood is nothing to write home about, but the location provides easy access to downtown Phoenix, some great trails, the desert botanical gardens, Papago Park, and the art gallery. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. It is the best Residence Inn experience my family has ever had. This hotel is a wonderful home base while you are visiting Phoenix or while on your way to Sedona.

Good clean rooms

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. Check in was quick and easy. Julianne chose us as her guest of the day. We got an upgraded large 1 bedroom with a full kitchen that had a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. 1,000 Bonvoy points and $10 credit to Agave Cantina. Very nice surprise. Our room was very clean and spacious! Everyone we came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Hot complimentary breakfast had several items to chose from and was very good. Swimming pool was very clean and nice to relax in. Location was great and easy to navigate. Our favorite thing was the Desert Botanical Garden which we visited. Just beautiful with so many different types of cactus and flowers. Definitely recommend checking it out. Other places to stay may have more amenities to chose from, but this place had all the perks that we needed at a much more reasonable price. Would definitely stay stay here again.
