Very easy to find as the hotel is located right by train station and staff were very welcoming. Hotel is very dated (can imagine it grand in it's day) and rooms are extremely basic, had to change rooms as first one had a leak from Celing then had an issue with toilet. Beds are very hard and heating is not amazing. I would sum the hotel up as very basic and but very cheap and not badly placed for Bet365 stadium or Town Centre.

Cheap and cheerful. A budget hotel. It's seen better days but is clean and great for a cheap stay. Great location.

I reserved online, but wanted to pay cash at reception which I couldn't. The hotel I actually stayed at said this was probably down to untrustworthy staff

Great location opposite Railway Station and bus stops. Slept well, quite location will definitely will return. Highly Recommended.

Good hotel all considering

A very conveniently located hotel to the station. No frills and very tired decor that needs updating. My room was perfectly clean and ok for the one night stay. However, the bed was far too hard to assist with a good nights sleep and the hotel’s lighting from outside the hotel was too bright and came through the curtains of the room which also didn’t aid sleep.

Poor maintenance was change 3 rooms as 1 had no heating then the other no hot water no draught beer in either bar

Friendly Staff, very helpful Heating was a bit challenging but we managed to get mobile heater
