The hotel has a good location, and the breakfast was fine for a short stay. The shower itself had warm water and strong water pressure, which we appreciated.

The were several issues that really affected our experience. The bathroom had mold all around the toilet, which was unpleasant. The room was very large, but it showed a lot of signs of wear and felt quite run-down. The bed was extremely soft — so much so that it felt like being swallowed by the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The humidity in the room was also very bad; our clothes constantly felt wet and developed a musty smell. This was the most expensive place we stayed during our month of traveling in Mexico, and unfortunately it was absolutely not worth the price we paid.

Good value for the money and the location is fantastic being centrally located to the city square and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The included breakfast was simple, but good.

WiFi coverage was not great and could not connect while in the upper floor rooms. The room door knob was loose and took a bit of time to get the key to work. An easy fix, so hopefully staff will correct in the future.

Très grande chambre et lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon (choix entre pancakes ou des œufs toasts). Le ponton un peu plus loin est très sympa avec l’accès au kayak pour 2h (les gilets de sauvetages pourraient par contre être mieux entretenus, tellement sales qu’on les a enlevé après avoir fait un arrêt dans l’eau).

Hébergement bien mais sans plus (aspect intérieur un peu vieillissant, kitchenette très limitée malgré tout, le logement est fonctionnel), petit-déjeuner correct (même si le personnel n'est face très commercial pour un changement mineur). Bonne situation pour se promener à pied.

Muy buena ubicación inmediato hay restaurantes, las chicas en recepción muy amables. Hay tienda de abarrotes cerca por si, olvidaste algo en tu maleta. El desayuno rico. Aunque solo estuve una noche

El control de tv no funcionaba de manera correcta aunque me cambiaron las pilas ya estaba fallando mucho

La lejanía del club y las restricciones del mismo con tema de bebidas y alimentos, algo que no se informó bien.
