Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the wine happy hour when I checked in.

Restaurant was reservations only, 11 courses and over $140. Wish there was another dining option in hotel. Felt hotel was overpriced.

Mattress and bedding were exceptional! Great Location! Very Quiet property! Friendly helpful staff. efficient check in and out! They remembered our anniversary at front desk! That was impressive! Thank you!

corner king balcony room that was a little dated and under appointed. No sitting area other than desk chair for what was a supposed upgraded room.

Great location in Japantown. Walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Parking was not easy as is probably typical for San Francisco. Garage is small and not easy to get in and out of.
