"Great Pacific Heights/Japantown location"

The hotel location was perfect for our situation. The food in the restaurant inside the hotel is phenomenal! The hotel is clean, with 24/7 front desk service. Coffee from 6am-10am.

Central Location, very comfortable bed, excellent service, accommodating.

Street noise/road noise, couldn't be helped. We were on 7th floor, and its at heart of Japantown. Better quality bath and wash towels needed.

The location of the hotel was AMAZING. We loved how close we were to Japantown, and it made it super easy to reach restaurants, shops, and more.

The pillows were a bit too soft and weren't super comfortable.

"Wonderful hotel in the heart of San Francisco"

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of San Francisco. Located in Japantown near a boutique shopping strip with restaurants on Filmore. On two bus lines, so easy to get around town. Safe walking area, even at night. The hotel staff is especially welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean overlooking the courtyard where the hotel provides outdoor games and sitting areas around fire pits. We especially liked the complimentary coffee service in the morning and the happy hour wine service. We will definitely return!
