Buchanan Arms Hotel & Leisure, Sure Hotel Collection

Hotel was very tired,in the rooms, social areas & leisure area. Had to change room due to unclean room. Service was awful in the restaurant & bar. Staff were friendly & working hard, but just was far too few for a busy hotel. Was very disappointing stay. Hotel has great potential if updated & more staff taken on.

Enjoyed the leisure facilities, large bedroom with 3 windows (room 37) but hotel was very short staffed particularly at breakfast and trying to order a drink from the bar. Don't see us going back.

My room was clean nice towels. Very good value. Perhaps in need of redecoration as sone arras a wee bit shabby. Staff pleasant.

Pool and sauna was amazing

We liked the comfy room and the use of the pool and sauna. Location was also good

It was a little bit outdated, but that gave also a nice atmosphere. Bit back in time, i did not mind. The friendliness of the people who work there stood out. I did feel really welcome. The room was spacious and clean. In the bathroom the ceiling needed a paint.

Nice room convenient to West Highland Way!

This is an historic hotel requiring ongoing love and maintenance. It had an old world feel, although finding some rooms was a bit like a rabbit warren. The restaurant and bar served comfortable food.
