Nice facilities and good service. Sink was blocked and we were quickly provided another room.

Spa was surprisingly well equipped and the swimming pool was warm and just the treat before a long drive. The staff were particularly lovely!

Good hotel though could do with some updating, showers not great as there was no water pressure. Some staff were great, mainly serving staff and bar staff, some couldn’t be bothered, they were very helpful with dinner for our group of 9 making sure we got sorted. Would go back if we where in that area again

Not so good as rated, it’s clean, but not sure if changing bedding, had used towel left in bathroom. Staff are friendly and polite. After answering rating questions came out too good valuation but in reality it’s not so good like you could expect.

Stayed for two nights, hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very nice plenty space and was clean, maid service was very early and if you didn’t get them at that time they never came back? Would return to hotel as we enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel again. The hotel is a bit tired looking tho I believe it’s currently being refurbished in some areas and I would not let that put you off staying here. Leisure facilities are excellent. It was very clean tho and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The property is clean and spacious, but tired and in need of a slight refresh.

Nice hotel there was no heating in the back rooms. And a slog to get to room with luggage . Food was lovely
