"Won't be back."

No complimentary coffee or tea. A small tea and an orange juice was over 7 dollars. The blend of tea I got was tasteless.

The room was small. A herd of buffalo were in the room above us. The climate machine was too noisy, we had to turn it off completely to go to sleep. Some one knocked on the door at 8:30 am. I didn't answer as we were in bed. House keeping doesn't know when people check out? We got another knock at 10:30 am. The liklihood of us staying at this Courtyard again is very doubtful. I was informed that Marriott's policy of having different brands of tea is prohibited, as well as having a complimentary breakfast or coffee. Whoever in corporate is in charge of customer service needs to be fired. There is way to much competition out there for me to choose another Marriott hotel. Although the Courtyard we stayed at in Melbourne Florida was excellent.
