Great location. Nice little bistro. Warm and friendly atmosphere.

Your in hotel bistro should be fully operations from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Beds were not the most comfortable. Some construction noise. Bathrooms not stocked with additional tissues or toilet paper.

"Downgrades Reclassified as “Upgrades”"

The hotel is under renovation but it seems to be wrapping up. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very consistent as far as Courtyards go. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because at checkin I was told I was upgraded because of my Titanium status. When I got to my room it was clear this was not the case… I was given an accessible room instead of a regular room. I hate the roll in showers so I went back and asked to be moved to a regular room. I was given a new room but again, it was an accessible room. Rather than move again I decided to cut my losses and just deal with it. The hotel was practically empty so an actual upgraded should’ve been no problem but I get it, some hotels just do not do status upgrades. The annoyance comes in when you are told you’ve been upgraded when in fact you’ve been downgraded to a room lacking the usual amenities like a couch. My advice, don’t tell people they have been upgraded when that is in fact not the case. It only sets them up for disappointment. Overall, clean and comfortable though and if I’m in the area in the future I’d likely stay again.

"No Bacon"

Service was lousy. After telling them was using a different card to pay for room and not the card used to reserve the room. Charged the card anyway. Ordered food at the bistro and after 20 minutes and seeing others after us get their food asked about our order. They forgot about us. Ordered bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich for $11.50 and hardly had any bacon on sandwich. See attached picture. I will NOT be returning to this location again
