Nice place, good cookies

The breakfast was very nice and properly attended. I think the price for the suite was good.

The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The lady checking me in was talking to her friend on her phone the entire time she was helping me. When I first arrived the room smelled like wet dog or something like that and there were small but noticeable stains on the couch cushions. I left the windows open the entire time I was there and then I didn’t notice the smell. The hot tub was closed the first night of my stay but reopened for the second day. The pool is warm but very small and irregularly shaped so you can’t do laps. Also, there were people chain smoking outside the entrance of the hotel and there was a weird guy hanging out in the lobby the entire weekend, maybe that’s what you’re into. Oh and the toilet stopped working so I called the front desk and they said they would be right up but I waited an hour before going down to the front desk and then they finally sent someone up. The couch cushions in the lobby are extremely dirty and stained, I don’t know how the management could overlook that.

The shuttle drivers were so kind and nice! Best part of the stay was the shuttle & kindness of the drivers!

It was close to St Mary's hospital and the room was nice and beds comfortable enough!

We were at the hotel due to a medical procedure at St. Mary’s Hospital. We arrived at the front desk to check in and had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk to get off the phone to check in the long line of people that had been standing there waiting. After we checked into our room we went over to the hospital without really looking at the condition of the room. We did notice, however, when we dropped our luggage in the room that it was extremely musty smelling, I compared it to the smell of smelly feet, but we didn’t have time to tell the clerk about it because we had to get over to the hospital for the procedure. When we returned to the room after a long day of waiting at the hospital, we found the room smelling even worse. We went to use the sink in the bathroom and there was water sitting in it, and we could not get the plug to open to drain it. After struggling with it for quite some time, we did get it open, but had to keep it held open with a lid from a coffee cup. Black disgusting stuff gurgled up out of the drain once we got it open. We decided not to use the sink at all because it was not draining as it should’ve. We tried calling the front desk, six times to let them know about the sink in case they wanted us to move rooms, but no one answered the phone. We used the sink in the area by the coffee maker to brush your teeth and wash our face. In the morning when we went to use the shower, we also discovered that the shower would not drain properly either.
