Accommodation for room on 1st floor next to Father for medical visits to Mayo. Free breakfast was excellent. Fun and joyful free shuttle to Mayo with Flamingo lady!!

Room smelled awful — like stinky feet / extreme mildew. The couch was worn and one pad had a big disturbing circular shaped stain on it.The property has definitely seen better days. That said, the service was excellent and the location ideal.

The hotel was clean and well kept. My room was also very clean and comfortable. It is nice to have the couch to relax on. I can’t say enough about the staff at the front desk!! They were super helpful and accommodating!! The breakfast had many options of good and nutritious food!! As usual, my experience with the hotel was awesome!!

The staff was excellent. A shuttle was provided mutiple times a day to take guests to the Mayo. Having coffee and tea available 24/7 was very helpful.
