Inexpensive but you get what you pay for. They allow pets which is okay, but my room smelled atrocious like someone's big wet gassy dog. Windows can be opened but one of mine was broken with a panel hanging out of the frame and the screen laying on the ground outside. Furniture is badly roughed up; kitchenette does not even have a few basic dishes and utensils.

My top experience staying at your extended stay was Luis at the front desk. I was hard pressed to find him on a bad day even with tons of packages being delivered to me. He always greeted with a softness and a smile that bespeaks only top notch customer service, which is hardly found in anything lower than a five star hotel. Whenever approaching an issue I had he was deliberate and exact with his words, solving the problem as promptly as possible and always followed up with a time frame. I watched him with other long term guests and his approach was always equal treatment. He brings a light, fun air to the environment and makes you feel at home and cared for, while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Thanks to the 85% of the staff for being professional and courteous. The excellence of the others outweighed the few curmudgeons. Other than that, I found the room cozy and looked forward to returning back after a day out.

I love it there. It’s always very very clean and the staff are the nicest and most helpful. They respond fast to any room service requests I have and just provides excellent hospitality. It’s become an expectation of mine because of how consistently they deliver an outstanding experience to me and those who accompany me.
