Roaches extremely dirty nasty noisey

New management- Alysha is very pleasant never has a bad attitude and will go and do what you need to make your stay feel safe and comfortable…..Rooms and hotel are clean. If anything isn’t up to standard then Alysha will make sure to get the problem resolved . Great place for families with children

I believe that this is a Welfare Hotel and it's being marketed as an Extended Stay. There are constant domestic disputes here and cops showing up. The latest incident was yesterday when a whole entire force was here with guns out and I wasn't allowed to drive into the parking lot for a whole half hour. Guest are here sitting outside on beach chairs barbecuing with no shirts on and some of them appear to be high on drugs. There's no free breakfast, no daily cleanings but instead they entered into my room and stole from me. No 24 hour clerk at the check in desk. The appliances in the room are old and the stove broke down when I first got here and I had to switch rooms. I have contacted corporate and have recommended that they discontinue affiliating themselves with this location because they are making the franchise look bad. And last but not least the room should come with a free supply of roach spray because your going to need it with all of the nats your room will have!

Room was not Even cleaned before giving to us

Bethany and Jennie are the best!! They will always help you with whatever is needed. And always has a smile on their faces. For long term stays such as mine there are always other friendly guests who like to have you join their circle! !!!!!!!!!!

It was very dirty. Had to get out own towels everyday. Nobody was at the counter from 10pm till 10am

Tried to check in, no one was at the front desk. Had to use a phone in lobby to speak to someone. Person on the other line was rude and I was told I could not check in because the hotel was over booked. I was also told I needed to check in prior to 6:30pm however the reservation was booked after 6:30pm. When I requested a refund for a service I did not reserve, I was told I needed to speak to the manager the next time they are in the office. I requested a refund online, waiting for a responce. This wasted my money, gas, time, and I had to find another place to stay. Will never book with this hotel again. Not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

Not the cleanest place but not bad for the price.

This property is the most disgusting place i have ever been.!! I choose this place because it was a last minute due to and early game. Big regret. Disgusting filty walls. The room needs total maintenance not to mention the smell was horrible. Not worth $160 dollars. Do not stay here !

The bathroom was dirty, the main lobby smelled so bad. They banged on my door at 10:30am to see if I’m staying and then called around 10:45am for the same thing. Check out is at 11 so I have no idea why they did that.
