Laundry room dryers weren't available

Property was old, having the kitchen was a benefit but the fridge was very loud. Overall the cleanliness was poor, the dishes were dirty, non-carpetted floors were sticky. Difficult to sleep with noise from fridge and air conditioner. Definitely not a 2.5 star.

thermostat didn't work; a/c or heat on all the time and very noisy. Front office staff not attentive and very slow.

It was fine until the laundry room caught on fire in the middle of the night. After waiting outside for the fire dept to put it out, the alarm woke us up again around 5am.

No one at the front desk. Then a man came to help with cleaning gloves on. The lobby reeked of overbearing floral spray, and we didn't even step into the room due to the urine smell. We left and found another hotel down the road.

The room was gross. Mold all over the bathtub, and the air conditioner. Kitchen floor had dust and crumbs everywhere. The bathroom counters had dust and crumbs everywhere. Broken hooks, and toilet seat. It seemed like people were living there. Didn’t get maid service or a cleaning the 4 nights we were there.

Good location

A bit pricey for what you got.

When we arrived the key wouldn’t work waited 1hr to get in room batteries on door had to be changed once in filters were hanging from the air conditioner electrical plugs had no cover, microwave no handle to open, multiple cabinets missing handles, tv in living room did tv not work,
