Good location, quiet and staff was decent.

Room was not clean, no shower curtain in the bathroom or tolite paper. When I called the front desk and asked for these items, I was told I could come down and get them myself.

Location. Traffic and safety and wasn’t cleared properly in the halls ways. And homeless people hanging around in the lobby. Also entrance furniture was dirty and horrible looking . Room doors beat up an not clean and elevator did not work

Calm area and good kitchen, full size Refriferator. Common areas are well maintained ( like Walkway, Gym, Washer..etc).

It would be better if everything checked to make sure it works. I had broken shower spray and my garbage dispenser was not working. They should check all things before getting a long term guest in. People who doesn't like pet smell, some rooms has very strong pet smell coming out, allthough you can get the rooms whatever they way you like.

Good location with many shopping areas and dining options nearby. Easily accessible by public transportation. Staff is very helpful and professional. The place is clean, nice and quiet. Very comfy bed, good workstation, kitchen has everything what is needed for cooking. Wi-fi is fast, connection is stable. I would definitely stay there again.

Equipment seem to be a bit outdated, I had to addresse 2 small issues to maintenance during my stay. They fixed it right away so not a big deal.

SIMPLY Nothing.

Everything ,Stinky Drug infested,Boarded up windows,people walking around in underwear,and some carrying guns in lobby smoking weed ,rooms smell like mildew feet ,a** and cigarettes.PHOTOS ARE EXTREMELY MISLEADING.
