"Worst I've ever had"

No breakfast, No hot water for my first week. Second week, water was off for a full day. Due to extreme weather I had to move Closer to job because roads were iced over. I informed Booking.com and Sonesta. I requested refund, which I never received. Neither Sonesta or Booking.com felt I should be reimbursed for 3 weeks in another facility. Will never use either again. Won't recommend to anyone.

Poor responses to request. Never received Housekeeping for first 2 weeks, no breakfast.
