Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - Galleria - Westheimer

The shower had purple stains all over the tub and floor, it smell dirty in there. Outside was infested with smokers, not a good place for non smokers

It was close to a place I needed to go in the morning. That was the only reason I picked this hotel. The room was equipped with the kitchen but I wouldn't dare to cook there. It was quite at night and the bed was clean and comfortable. And I was surprised there was a cup of coffee and a muffin for breakfast.

The hotel just looked nice on the pictures but in reality it is a old building, that smells like smoking. I assume it's not a safe area as the doors were locked. It's just good to sleep in but I wouldn't stay here longer. Cold shower is not my thing. The heater was very loud and would keep the room warm only for very short time.

Room was clean. Security after hours. Staff was very nice.

Room was clean, and the location was near downtown.

Staff were great, particularly Charlotte. Location was good in terms of great places to eat.

Everything was old and run down. Room had a chemical smell which we later learnt was due to recent treatment for cockroaches. Room still had some rubbish in it from previous guests

System is not operational between 11PM -4PM. While booking Breakfast was included, but in the property they said no Breakfast will be provided. Kitchen is ther but no vessel even boil water.
