Bathroom water drip all night long.windows didn’t let up because they were broke it just wasn’t I expected it to be the pictures where totally different

We were rather irritated to find that, although breakfast was supposed to be included, there was no breakfast. No excuses, no compensation, zero. Not even a coffee-maker in the room. The room was clean but the bathroom looked oldish with marks. At least one towel was stained. Good location. We walked to the Galleria Mall.

There was a fire on my floor and the staff did nothing. Provided no guidance or instructions to help ppl evacuate. The alarms started going off just after midnight, there was smoke in the hallway and when I was evacuating the building to wait outside I saw staff in the lobby telling ppl they didn’t know what to do. It took the fire department arriving to have any order or organization. Completely inconsiderate and unsafe. I did not return to my room because of this incident. I was not refunded. Aside from that there were also awful stains on the carpeting and the sink and bath were both chipped so much that I worried about getting cut on it.

I like the location. Near everything. Safe and quiet. room was clean for the most part.

no breakfast as offered. water in shower would not stop running. shower was unattractive. didn't want to use shower.

It was frankly dirty, dark in the room, there was not everything that was written in the description of the room.

My room was not ready when they said it would be. They have me a room and the AC was not working and had to be switched rooms
