Did like anything booking was canceled while we were on the road because of no availability went on site and seen same from, but now it was for $758 price gouging. I will be reaching out to their corporate office. So I had to search for something else on the road.

"We did not stay!!"

We will never use this service again due to the horrendous customer service. We were witness to criminal activity at the facility and approached by persons engaging in criminal activity.

Out personal safety was at risk

"Nice hotel, nice location and wonderful staff"

Wonderful!!! The hotel is good and in a very nice location, very good for its price, with easy access to all shopping malls, eateries and different locations. Extended Stay America on Westheimer in particular is highly recommended. The staff are excellent, solution oriented and experienced. Denise, Charlotte and Ciera made my stay in ESA pleasurable. I will definitely consider this property first each time I visit Houston.

"It was an excellent stay. The staff is always nice. Only issue, Shower..."

The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. The room was clean, but the shower barely had water. The showerhead was obviously designed to limit water usage. I did not see Breakfast ever out.

Shower...The shower head barely produced enough water to rinse.
