"Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen in my entire life"

The location was centrally located

We did not have electricity at night. The bathrooms were extremely rundown and dirty. The service was very poor.

"Good"

Property did not feel too safe and faucet in bathtub was continually running and would not turn off. Lots of damage and deferred maintenance in the room. Would not stay here with all the other options in the area/Galleria.

"No breakfast available"

Even though it states the accommodation comes with breakfast, there is no breakfast. Very disappointed, since this was the reason for our choice of this hotel.

"Don’t stay here."

Location is very convenient

They mentioned breakfast while booking the hotel but they didn’t serve the breakfast and they didn’t notify us while checking in. Staff is not friendly. Air conditioning not working properly

"Not the usual ESA experience I'm accustomed to"

Faucet in bathroom di not work Had to wash hands in kitchen sink everytime I used bathroom No hot water Bath faucets leaked all night Causing small drops on floor had to be careful as I entered
