Spa and pools were best in Central Texas will stay again soon!

This was not our first experience at La Cantera, but I never get tired of being treated like we were the most important guest at the resort. Every single staff member was friendly, courteous, happy, and extremely experienced in customer service. Hats off to all there. Golf was fabulous, which was a bonus!!!

The spa is the best part about this place, it’s easily accessible, has its own pool, the amenities are really cool. I will say one of their elevators wasn’t working the entire weekend, and the fire alarms went off around 9:30 am because of some pipe backup situation. Room service was amazing, but be sure to ask for salt & pepper when ordering breakfast as the eggs are bland. Staying on the 7th floor was worth it, I would do it again. Valet workers could be a little nicer (the men, the girls were nice).

Beautiful hotel with nice spacious rooms, efficient valet, beautiful views, friendly service and awesome pool facilities. We’d definitely recommend & return!

These are the worst pillows I've ever had, and they have been consistently terrible for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, this is where my brothers does all his events so we are forced to stay there and deal with it. They're so bad, I actually brought my own, which is absolutely ridiculous

My husband and I recently stayed on Seven - the adults-only floor of the La Cantera Resort. The level of service we experienced from the Concierge, Bell Services, and the friendliness of all the staff members we came into contact with was outstanding. The first night, my husband and I were both kept awake most of the night by the sound of a loud compressor above our room. We asked to be relocated and the Concierge took care of this quickly and in a friendly way. The 2 remaining nights of our stay were very quiet and enjoyable. After returning home, I verified the charges on our folio and found we had been charged for the alcohol at the COMPLIMENTARY Happy Hours each evening. There were no exceptions on the Happy Hour listed on their website, in the lounge, or mentioned by the Concierge. Additionally, when we ordered drinks, we were not asked if we wanted to pay there or have it charged to our room. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that La Cantera Resort was intentionally deceptive about charges they applied for a complimentary Happy Hour. I contacted La Cantera about the charges and they have been refunded; however, their response was a little odd. They explained that the complimentary Happy Hour didn't include alcohol. Highly recommend verifying your charges at this resort! As good as the service was, I don't think we'll be back due to this seemingly deceptive practice.

Beautiful resort, stunning Texas Hill Country views, and delicious food! We chose to stay here while dropped our son off at college. The resort helped make this sad mama a little but happier.

The golf is awesome and very challenging. Over food options were very good. Premiro Mexican restaraunt food needs upgrading. Everything tastes the same. We have been here several times and the Premiro food is sub standard. Nice atmosphere and great service. Drinks are awesome and the pools are very nice.Overall very nice resort and will be back again. The rooms and beds are very comfortable.

Great place, real upscale resort, prices are somewhat outrageous. However, my main concern was the loud double bell sound of the elevator in the hallway. Every time the lift arrived and the doors opened, the sound was so loud that it repeatedly woke me up at night. For a hotel where two nights cost around €700, this is not acceptable. When I mentioned it at check-out, the receptionist confirmed that other guests had complained about it as well and promised they would look into it. I truly hope this gets fixed, because otherwise the experience was beautiful.

The resort is excellent. Highly recommend. The resort is high-end, clean, and staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.
