Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed, highly recommended!

They dif not honor my extended réservation and we had to find another hitel last minute

During my recent stay, Kyle went above and beyond to make the entire experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every detail. He took the time to checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. What really stood out was Kyle’s warmth and positive attitude — he made me feel truly welcome, like a valued guest rather than just another traveler passing through. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work and sincerely cares about creating a memorable experience for every guest. Thanks to Kyle, my stay was smooth, enjoyable, and far exceeded expectations. He’s an absolute asset to the hotel, and I hope management recognizes what a gem they have on their team. If you’re staying here, look out for Kyle — he’ll make your visit unforgettable!

Great staff, always helpful if needed. Crystal and Melissa are always great, Midnight Mike always busy and knowledgeable at those hours. The room cleaners are friendly and busy. The guests are mostly respectful, if not they leave or comply. I've been here for over two years, no subsidy or assistance. Better than any apartment complex I've been in.

I liked the location.

One lady was nice and helpful, but the rest of the staff was rude and disrespectful. It was dirty, the tub still had hair in it and the kitchen had food on the floor from previous people. Wifi, you have to pay for it for the hour or day, it's not actually free. It was like 25 or 30 for a day. Had to wait a day and half for the kitchen supplies it said it came with, they were dirty when we got them. Came with nothing to clean them with there.. The breakfast is just hot coffee, hot water (for oatmeal, tea, or cocoa) little individual muffins or granola bars, that's all. Won't be staying here again and don't recommend it
