Extended Stay America Suites - Boston - Woburn

The experience I have had here overall is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful for things within their means. My only problem has been the laundry. To my account, the company that manages it owes me @ $42 for dryers that have needed to be run multiple times to dry clothes. Crystal the manager is very pleasant and Kyle the night manager always helpful for needs.

Crystal and Rose were a delight. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is a great experience.

The breakfast was some par, as in barely qualified as breakfast. We expected Something hot, not a granola bar and an apple.

Me and my family are staying here in-between moving to a new residence, the staff has always been very accommodating with anything we need. Crystal the GM, Rose & Melissa handle every request with professionalism and make sure every request gets done in a timely manner. The rooms are comfortable and clean, however, should something go wrong Mason in the maintaince dept responds quickly and gets the job done. This hotel allows pets my only advice would be to request a room without carpet should you have allergies.

Room was ok. Employee named Kyle provided excellent service during our visit- Kyle was kind and very helpful which made our stay much better. Thanks Kyle!

Filthy! The man at the reception desk started by telling us to bring him the sheets if the ones in our room were dirty. This was pre-check-in ! No bathroom door but the hinges were there! The next room they offered had no toilet seat. Questionable clientele, guest with 2 maybe nice dogs entered the elevator jittery and bleeding from the crook of his arm. We left and had to insist on a refund.

It was close to Salem/attractions.

Staffs was very unprofessional. They weren’t responding to concerns regarding the room. Doors didn’t work, elevators broke down when I had a bad knee from recent surgery. Cards barely worked to open doors/rooms the first night & two. The shower drain didn’t work and sink drain. Residences there were very rude & made racists/harassments comments towards my wife. We had made aware to one of the staffs a night before about the situation but he just walked away. We had to leave a day early & had to spend money to book another hotel for Saturday because we felt like our needs weren’t met or mattered.

Room had horrible odor. Duty bed sheets and covers. I had to leave early after only one night due to poor conditions

Definitely on need of updating and definitely more of a residential place than a hotel. Just needed one night but ones super busy October weekend anything closer to Salem (all the tourists in October) or closer to Boston (Head of the Charles Regatta) were significantly more expensive. This also happened to be next to the Baldwin Bar in Szechuan Garden which is a phenomenal bar upstairs and amazing Chinese food down. Super-slow check-in with a front desk clerk that barely spoke (barely spoke English?). Elevator was out of order. Clerk walked us up to our room on the third floor (weird). Stood by as we went to unlock and enter our room. Our keys didn’t work - and seemingly expecting that, he had his master key out and let us in that way. Room was stark and blah. Vinyl “hard wood” floors, stark white sheets and comforter. 3 pillows on bed. Ugly vinyl(?) couch. Dim and harsh lighting. Seemed like it was decorated and furnished to be easy to hose down for a cleaning…
