Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Great stay overall.

The perfect home away from home.

Staff was great, room was clean. Only inconvenience was the escalators were being worked on and with so many guest it took awhile to get to our rooms.

Staff were wonderful including the dining area staff. Wonderful food! Clean room.

I stayed at this property several times about 25 years ago. It is typical of the Springfield area with surrounding restaurants and businesses shuttered. It is surrounded with low end porn video shops and a huge strip club as anchor tenants. The employees were great, but they should look for employment in some other city out of Illinois before the last business leaves and turns out the lights.

We had great time. The 14th floor balcony was amazing. We will stay there every time we come down

Reserved a king with a bathtub, got a queen with a cracked bathtub that had rust and what seemed to be dried conditioner stuck to the wall. Behind the door was a dirty Q-Tip and there are stains on the right side of the couch. Had it not have been so late in our drive, we would have eaten the cost

We had a very nice stay. Very busy hotel and well appointed.

Very quiet, felt like nobody else was there. Bed was very comfortable.
