Checked in late at night with my kiddo. John at the front desk was super helpful and kind! And when i made a last minute adjustment to request a pull out couch they brought the keys directly to me! Very helpful, kind, and accommodating staff

"A decent value but needs updating."

The room was clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The sofa was stained and we did not sit on it, but would have liked to. I liked that they did have a very nice kitchen in the room, but no table to sit at. Customer Service was kind and accommodating.

"Dirty room"

It was affordable but very dirty room. Under the beds was so filthy. The shower needed to be scrubbed. The bed was very uncomfortable. I didn't make a big deal because I had no where else to go. Could use a better cleaning.

Room was clean, a lot of parking lot noise. Pillows were very uncomfortable for me. Shower rod installed incorrect so curtain wasn't very effective.
