I travel with my family my room the AC was not working and the only thing they could do was a refund. I needed to travel back home like hour and half because I was not staying in a hot room with 3 kids. The guy with the service was horrible, a bad attitude.

"I will NEVER stay here again"

Leaving was my favorite part.

The rooms were disgusting. The smell was horrific. Mattresses ripped, stained, smells. Pull out couch was broken, held together by a lamp that didn’t work. Fake nail, bandaids, and metal nail found in the waterpark. Lifeguards not dressed for the job. 4/5th floors ceilings are falling apart and the pieces are lying on the floor. No ice machines working. Overall disgusting. I have more pictures, but won’t let me add them.

The staff were friendly..

Nothing in my room worked the bathroom was missing ceiling tiles the room windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them the microwave didn't work. It claims breakfast included but all they offer is a bowl of cereal thats it that's not a true continental breakfast.. the tub didn't work in my room it was just horrible all around. Also rooms are dark no lights except a lamp or two that barely work

The guy at the counter was very nice

The room was awful it smelled holes in the walls it was dirty there was hair in the sheets it was just nasty very very disappointed and the elevator was broken

"Don't stay here .if I can get a refund I would request it"

Staff was nice.

Roaches in the room , dirty bathroom dirty towels. Tub was nasty . Sink was dirty and messed up (detached) no heat in room. Overall it was not a place to stay with kids .
