Clean rooms, quiet and friendly staff. Get room on back of facility. Decent breakfast. Nice patio with bar. Very quiet, strangely so. New owners? Hopefully they will remain in business. Great Mexican restaurant right across street.

We stay here a couple days a year, always get the best room...this time tv didn't work in the living room There was hair in both sinks & the jacuzzi Disgusting

My biggest compliant was that I was over charged at checkout. I booked the room at 126.00 and was charged 140.00 I don't know if this was because I chose to pay at the hotel and not online but if this is the case it should have said so on your site

Stayed here and had my wedding here. The wedding venue was lovely but I would not recommend the hotel at all. Multiple guests of our wedding had dirty rooms, including one with fresh blood on the sheets. Trash left from previous guests, stained appliances, and broken showers/toilets were common. We had multiple issues with the service throughout the week, and when I attempted to bring this issues up to the owner, Marty, he sent a scathing email reply accusing us of being “suspicious” and trying to take advantage of him. Many reviews in the past discussed dirty rooms and it’s clear there has been no change, and continues to be an issue.

Nice hotel overall. Nothing amazing, but clean and quiet. Pool is closed, they did warn us when we booked. Breakfast was hot with scrambled eggs and sausage. Don’t be scared by the negative reviews. It’s a decent spot. Would come back again.

Refrigerator broken, nightstand broken, looked like someone had been laying on the beds. I turned down the bed there was a long black hair in the bed & no toiletries in room. Gina the manager brought toiletries up immediately and when I return from dinner there was a new nightstand and refrigerator in the room.

First room tv didn't work, moved us to remodeled room. Nice but not finished, no towel bars, side tables needed in sitting area. Vending machines only for snacks and drink machine took money. National support number only recourse, no coffee or tea in the lobby. Staff friendly but nothing they could do. Breakfast is just frozen sandwiches to heat or cereal and toast

The checkin took forever, literally no one in sight, the pool is closed (the fine print there), the breakfast was disgusting, (frozen breakfast sandwiches, cereal, nasty brown fruit, no plates) they were absolutely understaffed, the toilet didn’t work properly, we wish we had gone to a different hotel. Overall, not worth staying here. I know they’re renovating, but we’ve stayed at other hotels during renovation and they don’t have to be junk.
